Respect, Inclusiveness, and Fairness in Content Agreement

PaintSplash Productions (hereafter “PSP”) is committed to respect for every human being, no matter their race, color, national origin, religious preference, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. No service will be denied to customers on the basis of the above factors.

In addition, PSP takes respect even farther by ensuring that all content produced by PSP respects all people. All content must align with our core values by being respectful, inclusive, and fair.

Respect

PSP is committed to respect for every human being, no matter their race, color, national origin, sex, or religious preference. Material must not be bigoted, hateful, or exploitive. Women should not be exploited or objectified, such as by portraying them wearing provocative clothing. No content will promote violence or insurrection. No content will degrade the value of human life by promoting suicide, abortion, or euthanasia.

Inclusiveness

PSP is committed to respect for every type of person viewing its content, including children. Thus, no production may contain content PSP deems inappropriate for children, such as sexual content (including any LGBTQ+ content), occultism, and lurid violence. Additionally, PSP takes a pro-recovery position regarding drug, cigarette and alcohol abuse as well as gambling addictions. Thus, PSP wants to enable people who wish to stop using these substances or activities to be free from advertisements enticing them to abandon their goals.

Fairness

PSP is committed to respect for every person’s opinion. Content must not be libelous, misleading, or intentionally deceptive. In particular, people and groups with differing views should not be mis-represented or unfairly labeled. No party may intentionally present factually incorrect material. Most importantly, because PSP does not want to unfairly misrepresent other people’s views, it will not produce political or religious content with which the PSP leadership team disagrees.

PSP reserves the right to refuse to produce content that fails to meet the above standards. If needed, PSP may ask clients to revise their project to meet the above standards. Failure to meet these standards constitutes a voluntary withdrawal from production by the client.
